Silver Trolley

ATTENTION

Starting Tuesday July 6th, the Silver Trolley will be operating on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

In accordance with state and federal regulations, individuals must continue to wear a face covering when riding public transit (Silver Trolley), unless the individual:
  • Is under two years of age;
  • Has a medical condition that makes it hard to breathe when wearing a face covering; or
  • Has a disability that prevents the individual from wearing a face covering.

Scarfs, bandannas and fabric masks are all okay, so long as they cover an individual’s nose and mouth. When calling for a ride please let dispatch know if you need a face covering to be provided. Please review the Oregon Health Authority’s guidance for mask and face coverings for business, transit and the public.

The Silver Trolley is managed and operated by the Community Development Department. The Trolley provides transportation to the special needs population, youth, seniors, and the general public within the City.

The Trolley promotes access to facilities and services such as:
  • community events,
  • local shopping,
  • dining,
  • medical appointments, and
  • other personal trips in town.

Riders should schedule their rides at least one day in advance for most trips, and as early as possible for medical appointments.
  • If time is available same-day appointments may be scheduled, however, a minimum two-hour notice is required.
  • Trips may be scheduled up to one month in advance.
  • Dispatchers are available to answer the phone between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. daily.
  • Callers can leave voicemails 24 hours a day.
