The goal of the Public Works Department is to provide our citizens with the best quality product and service possible and do it at a fair and reasonable cost. We are committed to providing service beyond what is considered the normal standard of the industry in the delivery of public improvement projects, drinking water quality, wastewater treatment, maintenance operations, and all other services. 

The Public Works Director, Gerald Fisher, PE, is responsible for the management of the City's public infrastructure systems via the three Public Works Divisions. He is responsible for developing long range capital improvement plans and budgets based on the City Master Plans, and provides professional and technical support to the City Manager, Council, and Committees on all public works activities.
