Silverton Building Improvements Revolving Loan Fund and Small Loan Grant Program:

The City of Silverton offers financial assistance for the restoration/revitalization of buildings within Silverton's Urban Renewal District (map). This area includes properties located within the City's Industrial Park, Downtown Historic District, and the General Commercial District. the purpose of this loan program is to encourage property owners and building owners in this areas to restore exterior facades of historic buildings to their original design and character. The program intends to help revitalize the historic downtown and to stimulate growth of the local economy. Urban Renewal Incentive Program:

This exclusive program is intended for projects that have a high impact the the Urban Renewal District and would significantly impact the local economy. For more information, please contact the Community Development Department.

Silverton has an Enterprise Zone covering all industrial and commercial properties.

Financial assistance is also available through the State of Oregon and other resources to help you create or expand your business.
