Responsibilities

The Finance Department is responsible for the City's accounting functions, financial reconciliation, account payable, payroll, accounts receivable, water and sewer utility billing, debt administration, cash receipting, Municipal Court, preparing the City's budget, maintaining financial records related to grants and contract, Transient Occupancy Tax, and the Urban Renewal Agency budget.

Payments can be made by cash, check or credit/debit card in the Finance Office,  using the drop box located in the City Hall parking lot and Xpress Bill Pay.
