During the Silverton Municipal Court process, the involved officer(s) will be appearing at trial with the video footage for your case. As a part of discovery, you have the legal right to obtain a copy of this footage for your defense if you so choose. This is for court purposes only. All discovery requests must be received by the Silverton Police Department no less than two weeks prior to your court date.
