The Silverton Police Department releases police reports to the general public in accordance with the State of Oregon Public Records Law. The Silverton Police Department is currently processing public records request submissions with a secure online portal. The online system will allow the requestor to accomplish the following:
- Create an Account
- Track the Status of Your Requests
- Make Payments Online
- Receive Records in an Email PDF Format
