Code Enforcement
Code Enforcement provides information, answers questions, and initiates corrective measures relating to code violations. This section also responds to complaint calls with appropriate follow-up actions that lead to code compliance.
How to File a Complaint:
Submit the Code Compliance Complaint form at the bottom of the page.
In order for your complaint to be processed, please complete the questions on this form. It is important that you supply as much detail as possible. If you have any questions, please call the Code Compliance Specialist, at (503) 874-2242, or email codecompliance [at] silverton.or.us (codecompliance[at]silverton[dot]or[dot]us). Complaints are handled in the order that they are received. Safety issues take precedence over other complaints and are investigated as soon as possible. Resolving a violation may take up to 90 to 120 days, depending on the nature of the violation.
